2. General

We only process personal data to the extent necessary to provide this website, to answer your enquiries or on the basis of your consent. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (contract or pre-contractual measures) and (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by centron GmbH, Heganger 29, 96103 Hallstadt, Germany (phone: +49 951 968340, web: www.centron.de). When you visit the website, information transmitted by your browser is collected automatically: IP address, date and time of access, page visited, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is technically necessary to provide the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short time. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

The website does not load any fonts or scripts from third parties unless you have consented to statistics or marketing services. The connection is encrypted via SSL/TLS.

4. Contact form and e-mail

If you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process your details (company, contact person, e-mail address, phone number and optionally service, product and project details) in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is sent to us by e-mail and deleted as soon as it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Cookies and consent

On your first visit, a banner asks which services you want to allow. We store your choice in your browser's local storage so that we do not have to ask you again on every page (§ 25(2) TDDDG). Your choice is valid for twelve months. You can change or withdraw it at any time via the button at the bottom left or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

6. Google Analytics (only with consent)

If you have consented to “Statistics”, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse the use of the website in pseudonymised form (e.g. pages visited, time spent, approximate location). IP addresses are truncated. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). We use Google Consent Mode: without consent, no analytics cookies are set.

7. Marketing services (only with consent)

If you have consented to “Marketing”, services for measuring advertising may be used, such as Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) or the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). These services set cookies to determine whether visitors reached our website via an ad. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG).

8. Links to Google Maps and social networks

Our website links to Google Maps (route planning) and to our profiles on Facebook and Instagram. These are simple links: only when you click them are you forwarded to the provider's pages, where their privacy policies apply.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. Simply contact info@annotech.de.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hanover, Germany.

10. Updates

Status: 2026. We will update this privacy policy whenever the website or legal requirements change.
